Migration Announcement

We recently migrated service platforms with the user experience as the top priority. The new platform requires user registration to access the support portal, which provides an enhanced, more secure, and streamlined interaction. If you haven’t already, please refer to this page to get started.

How to Reach Support for Assistance

Whether you are an existing user or leveraging our services for the first time, we are here to assist you with any issues that you may encounter.

New Users or Non-Registered Users

If you are new to the Generac Business Connectivity support portal, be sure to register.

Register Now

Email a request to support@energyservices.generac.com with the subject line “New Support User Request” along with your name, role, and organization. We will immediately follow up with an invitation to complete the registration. If you are experiencing any issues with the platform, please include that information with your registration request.

Existing Users

Registered users may contact the support team using the following channels.

Support Login

If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account and submit a support ticket highlighting the issue. Our support team will prioritize the request and provide assistance promptly. As a registered user, you can check status on a ticket at any time.
